Provide leadership direction and execution for all strategic planning initiatives with strong focus on new business development to expand the market share. Initiate, build, and maintain customer relationships with fabricators, refineries, and chemical plants nationwide to define needs, uncover new business opportunities, and identify new applications. Manage staff of 10 direct and 61 indirect reports including hiring and training. Monitor day-to-day activities encompassing planning, safety, quality control, inventory, traffic, and material usage. Prepare justifications for new equipment and/or expansions with a $470,000 month operating budget. Maintained OSHA and ASTM standards. P & L responsibility.
