Supervision of annual real estate of $20 million in assets, $14 million in design and construction revenue with development experience in excess of $150 million. Direct oversight of all day-to-day operations and corporate budget including but not limited to; human resources, interdepartmental communications, production, travel, expenses and management of facilities.Administration of contracts/complex entitlement negotiations, overarching project management throughout projects’ entire life cycle, including; determination of viability of all real estate projects, schedule compliance, economic modeling, financial negotiation, loan structuring, payoff management and loan work-outs. Management of all acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, strategic business planning, implementation and new business development and marketing. Development and maintenance of governmental and client relationships, public process and planning.

Overall project supervision of various projects in excess of $50 million in development Costs. Structured project pro formas, coordination of project team, design and construction supervision, support for marketing and management team, ongoing monitoring of project performance.
