Projects Completed:Walmart Neighborhood Market - Lake Worth, FL (Takeover) (March 2008 - January 2009) - Coordination and submission of all RFIs - Document Management - Conducted and coordinated all on-site SWPPP inspections - Responsible for maintaining and coordinating all owner supplied materials - Prepared scopes of work for project manager to go to contract with - Oversaw the implementation of owners' I-9 Employee Verification process and managed all documentation accordingly - Conducted weekly meetings with O/E/A/C team

Projects Completed:Shoppes at Isla Verde - Wellington, FL (April 2007 until March 2008)Project Duties: - Responsible for managing manpower, materials and labor for the construction of 150,000+ sf of big box retail, tilt-up shells - Managed inspection process and coordinated with both the special inspector and the City of Wellington - Conducted weekly meetings with subcontractors and O/A/E team - Directly responsible for the build outs of a Best Buy, AC Moore and Petco tenant interior improvements - Performed the task of inspecting each and every tilt panel to ensure proper placement of embeds - Managed the on-site safety program, SWPPP inspections and daily documentation of manpower on site throughout the entire project - Prepared scopes of work for project management team to go to contract with for subcontractorsBorland Center - aka - Mainstreet at Midtown - Palm Beach Gardens, FL (September 2006 until April 2007)Project Duties: - Document management - Issued and coordinated RFIs between O/A/E/C team - Responsible for interior improvements - 4,000sf Condo Sales Office - Managed on-site safety program - Supervised and coordinated manpower for the construction of approx. 120,000sf of white box shell space
