I have been involved in the provision of Industrial/Workplace Relations and Human Resource Management advice for over 27 years. I am currently Managing Director of my own successful Workplace Relations Consultancy business. The focus of this advice is to provide clients with an acceptable resolution in order to allow them to focus on their business.Aside from the many years of practical experience I also have tertiary qualifications in the field of Human Resource Management with an Associate Diploma of Industrial Relations, a Bachelor of Business degree with majors in Human Resource Management and Government and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations with Distinction.In addition to the above I have researched, written and delivered a module for a tertiary degree course at Central Queensland University dealing with Safety and Management in the mining industry.
