Provides high level strategic, technical, operational, and business planning support and advice to clients in the unmanned systems and robotics community. Leverages over 30 years of technical expertise and operational experience, specializing in new unmanned systems market areas such as law enforcement, public safety, disaster response, wild fire fighting, infrastructure security, space, oil & gas, precision agriculture, natural resources, oceanographic data collection, environmental effects, climate change, and arctic operations.

Provides expert market creation, strategic business and corporate development advisory services to new and existing commercial technology business enterprises. Manages a federation of senior independent service providers specializing in the unmanned systems and robotics market. Planned and executed successful demonstration of ten unmanned aircraft at Kennedy Space Center for AUVSI and Space Florida.

Provides part time research, business and technical support on unmanned and robotic systems to the university’s Institute for Simulation and Training. Work includes law enforcement training support and research data collection for precision agriculture and wildlife management. Entrepreneurial lead for National Science Foundation Innovation Corps project grant. Principal Investigator (PI) and Program Manager for Babcock Ranch's Shared Mobility Autonomous Vehicle program. Assistant PI for Florida Dept of Transportation automated vehicle research project.

Elected to a two year term leading the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), the world's largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to advancing the unmanned systems community. This is a volunteer position leading the 23-person Board of Directors that governs an $8M non-profit with over 8,000 individual and 500 corporate members world-wide. CEO and staff report to the Chairman.
