I have a passion for problem solving and connecting with people to get jobs done. Regardless of the challenge, I enjoy the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve high impact issues and challenges. Currently I am a senior operations manager that focuses on daily operations with the implementation of technology, both in software and hardware for efficient warehouse operations. I believe that technology can positively impact productivity and efficiencies with every member of a team, and collectively create a winning product/service/outcome. While working remote, I have learned how to interact continually with my team as well as increase overall productivity by maximizing available time. Previously, I worked in college athletics at North Carolina State University as the Director of Baseball Operations and as the Director or Player and Program Development (baseball). These positions afforded me the opportunity to work all types of people in various industries and create working relationships to manage the day to day operations of the baseball program, and work towards continued growth of the program with resources and facilities. I was fortunate to earn the opportunity to play professional baseball following a college career that finished at North Carolina State. During my time at NC State, I utilized my downtime to start a design, production, and consulting business that I continue to run today. Lastly, I enjoy living life to the fullest. I enjoy and make a priority to travel the world with my wife. I believe in moving quickly, but never rushing, and most importantly knowing when to stop and take it all in.
