Responsibilities included resident relations, budgeting, staff development and all aspects of management support to the Developer, Advisory Council and HOA.

Complete responsibility for 170 room boutique property with over $10 million in revenues. Managed extensive $36 million historic restoration and reopening in 2008. Directed Sales, Marketing and Human Relations efforts and worked extensively with local and national Public Relations firms to position property.

Responsible for daily activities of 189 room luxury hotel with over $20 million in revenues. Liaison between all operational departments and hotel Managing Director.

Complete responsibility for daily operation, revenue management, employee development and strategic planning and positioning of Mobil 5 Star/AAA 5 Diamond restaurant and hotel food and beverage activities.
