What I enjoy most about my line of work is solving people's problems. I have worked in software development in the manufacturing industry for 5 years and my job is to listen to people's problems and processes and find new ways to improve efficiency and decrease error.You can be a world class software developer but knowing how to program is only half the battle. I focus largely on the relationship with the end user. I believe the final product is influenced by communication with the end user as much as it is by the developer creating it, and my strong communication skills are what sets me apart from others in my field.My passion to create solutions for people's unique problems and ability to nurture trusting and communicative relationships with my users has helped me grow in my role and create a lasting impact at my job.
