  MDVIP partners with Primary Care physicians. MDVIP provides services which enable physicians to spend more time with patients and focus on Wellness and Prevention. Revenue generation role. Managing patient member sales team during the transition from a traditional Primary Care Practice to a MDVIP Wellness Practice. Responsibilities include sales target achievement, hiring, training, mentoring, strategic planning, large and small group presentations, daily sales report reviews and annual reviews.Manage all sales activities during a 4 month practice transition. Revenue stream (10 year contract) is only realized if a physician reaches membership goal and opens their MDVIP practice. Closed an average of $45 million in revenue for the last three fiscal years.Manage multiple transitions at a time. Position requires 80-90% overnight travel throughout the USA.Received employee of the month award (IIPLT - Integrity, Innovation, Passion, Loyalty and Trust) for October 2011. MDVIP had 200 staff in October 2011.
