Rogerian Solutions possesses licenses in the State of Illinois to provide DUI Evaluations and DUI Risk Education Services to individuals arrested for driving under the influence of mind-altering substances. Proudly provided case management services to 54 housed United States Veterans that were previously homeless or at risk of being homeless. Assisted Veterans with navigating healthcare systems, managing Bio/Psych conditions, obtaining benefits, achieving self-sufficiency goals, and obtaining/maintaining employment. Provided mental and emotional support to Veterans, including administering assessments, providing concrete referrals, and one-on-one counseling. Performed educational presentations, group sessions, and coordinated internal/external activities. Coordinated with non-profit organization's executives and generated detailed reports as requested.

Advised and assisted company with obtaining state licensure to perform level I and Level II outpatient services for individuals that suffer from substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Advised and Assisted company with obtaining Illinois Behavioral Health Clinic certification to deliver Medicaid Rehabilitation Option Services for individuals that suffer solely from mental health disorders. Assisted agency with obtaining Medicaid certification with HFS and secured in-network contracts with managed care medicaid organizations for substance use disorders and/or mental health disorders. Secured linkage agreements with other licensed agencies that deliver various social services. Secured referral contracts with "designated treatment providers" such as Central States Institute (Catholic Charities) to render DUI services to Cook County offenders that have been arrested for driving impaired.

Ensured the care and safety of 48 patients within a co-occurring disorder residential treatment center. Continuously measured patients' bio-psycho-social states to determine appropriateness of level 3.5 of care. Implemented treatment plans according to problems identified within the ASAM Dimensions of Care. Facilitated Didactic and Process activities that included various individual and group educational presentations/therapies. Delivered family psychoeducation weekly regarding substance use and psychiatric disorders. Conducted family sessions as necessary. Secured continuity of care for clients prior to completing residential treatment. Sustained DSUPR 2060 and JCAHO caseload compliance. Met organizational goals and developed subordinates when needed. Conducted insurance reviews for MCOs to lengthen treatment stay. Performed FDA and CLIA approved Waived testing. Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit-Psychiatric and crisis stabilization for patients transferring directly from mental health hospitals after receiving acute mental healthcare. Observed patient adherence to self administration of medication, consulted medical director and/or psychiatrist for medication management and/or intensification of patient psychiatric symptoms, continued stayed reviews, suicide risk assessments, etc.
