AMERICAN COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK, Concord, NC 2008 – Present ACN is the world’s largest direct selling telecommunications service provider and largest distributor of video phones with over half a billion dollars in annual revenue.- Program managed the enterprise adoption of Business Process Management (BPM) using Software AG’s Business Process Management Suite (BPMS). Program tracks included Infrastructure, Solution Architecture, Training, Operational Readiness and Business Implementation- Program managed the 2009 IT Change Program designed to strengthen the IT control environment, improve operational effectiveness and reduce overall risk. Defined 12 month roadmap for 10 projects within the IT Change Program and established procedures for weekly tracking and reporting to the CIO. - Implemented the relationship management component of the IT operating model. Engaged ACN North American business leaders to ensure alignment of business and IT strategies, implement service level agreements and define escalation procedures. - Implemented IT staffing model, defined knowledge transition plans for staff and executed application stabilization initiatives in support of company relocation that resulted in an 80% loss of staff.

FIRST CHARTER CORPORATION, Charlotte, NC 2007 – Present A regional financial services company with assets of $4.9 billion, operating 59 financial centers in North Carolina and Georgia. - Led the implementation of the Project Management component of Application Services Target Operating Model (TOM) while leading a change program to improve the financial control environment. - Developed a six month roadmap for the implementation of the Project Management component that contained tracks for standard processes & tools, reporting metrics, resource development and strategic planning. - Designed and implemented standard project tracking tools and procedures using a dashboard format. - Served as Program Manager for the Financial Improvement Program and Project Manager for three related projects designed to strengthen First Charter’s financial control environment and reduce dependency on end user computing.

Reporting directly to the IT Executive and working closely with business leaders, led the integration of the relationship management component into the IT Target Operating Model (TOM) while assuming responsibility of production support for all corporate functions.* Defined and executed implementation plan to establish relationship management component over a six month period. Managed the transition of eight resources into the relationship manager role to serve as intermediaries between internal business units and IT outsourcers in the rationalization, prioritization and service delivery of all IT requests. * Established and facilitated quarterly executive leadership meetings to ensure the strategic alignment of business and IT operating models. * Managed on-shore/off-shore IT operating model for a portfolio of over 130 applications across 12 business functions.
