Coaching and managing under 13s

-Managing staff member at camps and schools.- Providing teachers with advice and training in primary school P.E- Providing and creating session plans for staff members.-Communicating with school PE co-ordinators to ensure maximum potential in the school.

Constructing plans for every age group at the club. Making sure every player is knowledgeable to play the 'palace way'Implimenting these with coaches to maximise players time.Creating goals that are achieveable and challenging at all age levels.Liasing with club chairman and 1st team manager to communicate efficiently

Creating training programs for coaches to follow. Managing a team of staff and children.Assessing and evaluating sessions.Producing daily reports and administration tasks

Teaching a range of sports including gymnastics , rugby , football and hockey in schools around London for the PE curriculum. Daily roles include:Leading a class of up to 30 children (ages from reception to year 6)Instructing coaching points for each sport Making sure the environment is safe to participate.

I currently coach elite players within the Reading development academy. This includes coaching game situations and implementing my football philosophies. Age ranging from 10 to 14.

Coaching some elite players and developing their ability to enhance their football knowledge and ability.Age groups I currently coach are 8 year olds to 13 year olds.

The programme was voluntary and I was able to gain knowledge coaching many projects including - blind , torture victims , PE curriculums, mental health double clubs, in the community for Arsenal. I was then chosen to coach in Bahrain Soccer school because I excelled in my work in London.

Whilst participating on the gap programme I spent 3 months on placement in Bahrain , enhancing my coaching skills and developing my understanding of how a soccer school business for Arsenal was ran.
