Just about to start my new career with Nemo tile Inc. Based out of their original location in Jamaica Queens, I will be handling commercial sales from their Contractors showroom on 20th street just North of Park avenue between Park and Broadway. Most convienently we offer numerous setting materials from LAticrete, Inc and Dal tile along with Top of the line Wet saws, colored caulks, Dry hand cutting machines, cutting blades, various sealers and personable one on one service.

I have worked since July 1996 with F. Lanzilotta & Sons Tile & Marble in NY. The company just closed its doors after 86 years in business, June 28th, 2010. My responsibilities included Estimating of all size jobs from $2,000.00 to $ 2,000,000.000 dollars. I negotiated all bid buyouts with purchasing agents from numerous NYC General Contractors. After buying out jobs, I handled all solicting of samples for submission to architects for approval. Once approved I ordered, Purchased and handled the delivery of all tile from and to the jobsites meeting Freight delivery dates / times. Once tile was on the job I would set up Local #7 Tile setters/Helpers on the jobsite, go over all layout of proposed designs and initiate the start and completion of all work from Shop drawings, installation, weekly jobsite meetings, completion and handling of all Punchlist items. Having daily direct contact with Architects, Designers, Supers, Project Managers, Building Managers and Client Reps has made me a well rounded individual in the Tile Industry. My day would start at 5:30 am till about 5:30 pm monday through Friday, saturdays were no stranger to me when needed.
