Audi Central Region

Responsible for managing the development and execution of the network development strategy. Support the Central Region Team in the development of action plans to improve dealership capacity, market representation, and network configuration. Collaborate with Area Directors to provide market and performance data to support ongoing dealer performance dialog and to facilitate the business planning process.

Audi Central Region

Responsibility for driving CPO business to achieve region sales, profitability and dealer participation objectives. Work to ensure that both Audi and dealers are prepared for and effectively execute remarketing activities for vehicles coming off-lease or trade-in. Responsible for developing training supportive of and assisting in the development of commercial Audi sales through regional dealers and the local Audi field teams.

Provide Sales /Distribution support to Chicago area Audi Dealer network. Act as a consultant to Dealer Ownership, Management and Sales staffs for New and Certified Pre-Owned sales, training and development as well as Client relations activities. Develop, implement and supervise sales incentive programs. Develop and coordinate Brand marketing and promotional events such as auto shows, golf outings, concert sponsorships and owner driving events.

Provide Technical, Warranty and Customer Relations support to Chicago area Dealers as well as play an active role within Area Executive team to attain Critical Targets in Vehicle and Parts Sales.

Coordinate Service Department for five import franchises including; Volkswagen, Audi,Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Rolls Royce/Bentley. Developed core business (VW/Audi) by recruting and developing a winning Service Department team.
