Scheme Supervisor for Tarmac Traffic Management with 30 years experience in the Highways Maintenance industry. Responsible for the production of Traffic Management (TM) layout CAD drawings, risk assessments and method statements, the mobilisation of equipment, vehicles and personnel, and managing subcontractors when required. Main duties involve project management of schemes from design stage through to completion. This involves building collaborative relationships with clients and contractors.My role extends to Health & Safety issues where key responsibilities of training and supervision of staff and operatives are of prime importance. This includes giving toolbox talks, ensuring the application of safe working practices, and completing the associated on-site administration such as accident investigation and root cause analysis.
