• Plays integral role in industry-driven development of healthcare operating rules to fulfill requirements of Section 1104 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act including project planning, execution of detailed analyses, and facilitation/management with more than 140 participating entities.• Research & analyze trends in healthcare and present recommendations regarding possible impacts on CORE initiatives, as well as opportunities for CORE involvement• Creation of initiatives to increase industry awareness & education of operating rules including development and delivery of webinars/presentations at industry events and conferences.• Development and management of CORE Request Process which supports thousands of HIPAA covered entities implementing the federally mandated healthcare operating rules and processed more than 1,000 requests in 2013.

•Cultivates content, key messages and promotional strategies based on regulatory compliance requirements, healthcare industry initiatives and industry feedback, for over 70 educational webinars•Has represented CORE at multiple industry events and presented on both CORE and healthcare industry initiatives to over 40,000 individuals on national webinars and in-person conferences.•Creates, administers and analyzes various industry feedback strategies, including Educational Webinar polling, Industry Surveys, Coordinated open-mic sessions and targeted interviewing, as a way of informing improvements to rule development processes, educational initiatives, website enhancements, promotional strategies and partnership opportunities.•Acts as departmental lead on many process improvement initiatives which include internal process reviews and implementing streamlined approaches to these processes. These improvements have resulted in a marked reduction in time spent on administrative actions and have, subsequently, been adopted by other departments within the organization.

• Responsible for developing relationships and collaboration with Hospitals and Health Systems to improve overall physician engagement, strategic focus and financial alignment. • Help clients navigate web-based reporting tools, identify top improvement opportunities, and drive performance improvements from Physician Engagement/Alignment Surveying. • Perform onsite consulting and training on engagement/alignment improvement tactics. • Leverage resources as a strategic thought-partner to aid in communication efforts, best practice identification and action-planning facilitation.

• Create, administer and analyze a wide range of surveys in order to implement outreach strategies for upcoming projects.
