As Test Lead for the Kiowa Warrior Cockpit and Sensor Upgrade Program was responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all test and evaluation activities such as Flight Test, E3 & Survivability in cooperation with a Test and Evaluation WIPT that included members from TRADOC Capability Manager for Scout/Attack helicopters, Program Manager, Armed Scout Helicopter, AFTD, AED, Yuma Test Center, Army Operational Test Command, ATEC, and AEC. Directed and oversaw a flight test program executed by AFTD including a Flight Loads Survey and a Preliminary Airworthiness Assessment on OH-58F Common Sensor Payload, Weapons Systems, Software, Communications, Navigation and Human Factors. Provided analysis and metrics to monitor progress of the flight test program toward the first flight of the OH-58F prototype.As OH-58D Test Lead, was responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all Kiowa Warrior test and evaluation activities such as Flight Test, E3, and Weapons Surveys in cooperation with Redstone Test Center, Aviation Flight Test Directorate (AFTD), the Army Test & Evaluation Center (ATEC), and the Army Evaluation Center (AEC). Directed a flight test program included system level integration testing on OH-58D for Continuous Technology Refreshment (CTR) Armament Electronics Unit, CTR Sensor Rate Gyro, CTR Multi-Function Keyboard, and FADEC FOST.Coordinated the timely review of test plans, reports, and Air Worthiness Releases (AWRs) in cooperation with the Army’s Aviation Engineering Directorate (AED) and PM ASH to support the Kiowa Warrior Flight Test program.

Government T&E Lead for the Lockheed Martin Contractor Support Team during the competitive Technology Development Phase of the Joint Air to Ground Missile Program. Successfully managed, planned and executed a complex JAGM T&E program including F/A-18E/F Wind Tunnel testing at NASA Ames and AEDC, helicopter-borne Captive Flight and Limited Dirty Battlefield testing at Redstone Test Center, and ground launched missile flights at White Sands Missile Range.

Responsible for integrating five NAVSEA developed Organic Airborne Mine Countermeasures systems on the MH-60S Multi-Mission helicopter and oversight of two major integration contracts valued over $130M. Coordinating the cooperative development of six programs across two program management offices, two Program Executive Offices, and two Systems Commands. Oversaw the planning and execution of Contractor, Developmental, and Operational Testing in an Integrated Test framework.

Responsible for training and exercise coordination within U.S. Forces, Korea and Naval Task Force charged with performing shore-based operations during a Korean Regional Conflict. Authored the Training Plan for the CNFK Staff/Task Force modeled on Joint Training Plans after careful analysis of Operational Plan requirements, tasks, conditions, and measures of effectiveness. Coordinated exercise requirements and execution with US Army and US Air Force staffs.

Responsible for the total lifecycle management of the Navy’s Fleet of 38 MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopters, including introduction of the military’s first integrated navigation system capable of performing GPS non-precision approaches. Oversaw a powertrain retrofit of the T64-GE-419 turboshaft engine and integrated the Magic Lantern Deployable Contingency LIDAR-based mine detection system. Formulated future upgrades, including a “mini” Service Life Extension Program.
