My background also includes over two years as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, where I managed inventory, shipments, and facilitated collaboration between sales teams, vendors, and shippers.My career in South Carolina began at BI-LO, where I held several managerial roles, including Store Merchandise Manager, Fresh Manager, and Customer Service Manager. In these positions, I led and developed store departments, increased profits, and enhanced customer service through effective management and operational improvements.Additionally, I have a foundational background in IT, with certifications in computer installation, repair, and networking. My journey through various roles has honed my ability to adapt, solve problems efficiently, and continuously improve processes for the benefit of each company and its customers.
