Successfully led the transformation of the innovation department from a transfer knowledge service to a new Innovation & Enterprise function; re-modelled an Intellectual Property Development & Commercialisation Programme and helped to define UCLan’s 5-year HEFCE HEIF funding strategy for 2020.Led all innovation schemes, incubation services, IP development, bid management, commercialisation and external partnership building activities building innovation, research and growth networks in the UK/globally (currently in China).
