Coordinated all aspects of managing this Minneapolis neighborhood organization, including: finances, NRP and CPP funds, reporting, monthly and annual meeting coordination, event planning, board member recruitment and retention, community member relations, media relations, newsletter creation, and email marketing system.

Coordinated all aspects of the Red Art & Music festival featuring over 100 local artists, 25 music and cultural performances and an attendance of over 3000 people per year. Winner of City Pages Best Festival (2016).

● Acted as a liaison between City officials, police, the park board, local businesses, property owners, and neighborhood residents.● Created and maintained partnerships with local media, neighborhood businesses, non-profits, condo associations, other Minneapolis neighborhood organizations, and property owners.● Recruited and managed volunteers for events, ongoing initiatives, and the Board of Directors.● Managed door-knocking projects for voter registration. ● Worked with the Executive Director to manage the organization’s budget in adherence to NRP/CPP regulations.● Managed and maintained organization’s website, social media presence, electronic mailings, press releases and newsletters. ● Organized Cinema and Civics (annual movies in the park series), Fall Fest, bi-annual clean up events, annual and semi-annual meetings, annual “pop-up” events, the Dog Days of Winter and more. ● Ran the Red Art and Music festival featuring over 100 local artists, 25 music and cultural performances and an attendance of over 3000 people.
