• Carrying out research & development activities for new product development or existing product improvement, • Managing all R&D related activities from idea generation, lab scale experiment up to the commercialization stage for customers, • Actively collaborating with the Sales and Research team carrying out a product development project starting from idea translation, prototyping, Lab-scale experiment, production scale validation and customer trial to commercialization stage, • Actively communicating with the Innovation & Technology team for global project alignment and technology transfer, • Updating knowledge about current progress on innovation and product development relevant with the product portfolio of MultiFluidX, • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Performing complex development activities, including the design, implementation, maintenance, and testing of software modules and sub-systems in the area of solver-meshing • Participating in planning and research • Investigating problems discovered by QA or product support and developing solutions • Performing complex bug verification and releasing testing • Understanding the marketing requirements for a product, including target environment, performance criteria and competitive issues

• Providing R&D technical support for multiphase flow sciences programs. • Conducting mathematical modelling of energy systems and actively participating in software development. • Collaborating closely with multiphase flow science program members and create numerical /analytical /computational and mathematical studies of advanced energy conversion systems. Applying experimental data to model validation and improvement. • Developing high fidelity analytical and computational models of steady state and dynamic flows in advanced energy conversion systems. • Analysing experimental data from laboratory tests and published data from other authors. • Presenting ideas and results to the research team. • Contributing to future research planning and assisting with proposals. • Working independently and collaboratively with members of the research team to meet milestones and deliverables. • Assisting efforts in writing research papers and creating conference presentations.
