Responsible for all Construction Management aspects for a $350 million Design Build project to replace 27 Service Areas for the New York State Thruway Authority. Managed team of Project Managers through all phases of construction – from procurement, construction documentation, scheduling, execution of work, and closeout. Managed the Design Team of architects and engineers throughout an accelerated design process with stringent cost parameters and permitting requirements. Established strong relationship with Owner and Developer and managed flow of information and communication through weekly meetings and monthly reports. Managed development and maintenance of Project Schedule which called for simultaneous construction on 10 sites spread out over 400 miles. Tracked all financial aspects of the GMP contract including General Conditions, Cash Flow, Owner Requisitions, Subcontractor Requisitions, and Change Orders.
