I have been working in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry for 13 years. My first 7 years of working in the industry was in Times Square at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. where I proudly grew from a Host through all positions which led me to being a Corporate Trainer for 4 years. I was a Corporate Trainer and part of the Opening Teams for 5 Domestic Store Openings and 1 International Store Opening in London. Besides Training and Developing the staff at these openings, I was the team leader for Hospitality & Training at my Home Store in Times Square. Since leaving Bubba Gumps I have been the Bar Manager at Mexicue, Front of House Manager at LIC Market and now Hospitality/Front of House Manager at The Culinary Institute of America since moving up to the Hudson Valley in 2017. I am currently a proud member of our Corporate Hospitality Team, The Hospitables.In all positions that I've been in, I have grown alot as a person & as a leader. I take a lot of pride in my teaching, developing & growth of all staff members I work with and love being a leader in the field of Hospitality. I look forward to my future and the growth that I will inherit as I continue to push my self through each new challenge and grow to each new level.
