I'm a trial attorney who handles civil litigation matters involving the defense of product liability cases, complex commercial cases, and insurance carrier bad-faith cases. I obtain the best possible result for my clients while factoring in the balance between financial settlements and the time/cost of being involved in burdensome litigation. 90% of my work is done in Utah, but I am also licensed to practice in the states of Colorado and Wyoming.I emphasize making early and accurate assessments of a client's position, developing an appropriate strategy, and communicating that strategy clearly and openly to my client. I've been practicing law for 30 years, and I have a great deal of credibility with Utah judges - they respect me, and they listen to me. I can anticipate 80% of what will happen in a courtroom before a trial even commences, which gives my clients a great advantage heading into a case.My overriding goal is to obtain the best possible result for my clients while handling their case efficiently - this allows my clients to get on with their lives and get back to running their businesses.In collaboration with the late Harold G. Christensen I also developed an innovative specialty service for my firm - the service is called Snow Trial Services, and it provides mock trials, juror focus groups, trial case evaluations, and other trial consultation services.
