As Director of Operations I was hired to physically set up the Chillicothe operation. This included everything from hiring and training new staff and supervisors to setting up and organizing the entire warehouse operation. Responsible for tracking and following up on all fasteners distributed to our largest client, Kenworth (PACCAR). Our Chillicothe location also served as a HUB for four other distribution centers across the U.S., Mexico, & Canada. As our clients locations started shutting down due to lack of business I was still able to find & overcome many obstacles in order to increase Sales & Profits for Anixter.
