• Managed implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud to support excess of 350 internal and external users• Collaborated with Executive Management for design and buildout of CRM as well as managed the implementation partner during and after the launch of the product• Responsible for data migration of all company data for the period of 2008 to 2016. This process included data cleansing, restructuring and verification. • Managed the product development, including QA, of Bizfi.com, a premier fintech company combing aggregation, funding and a participation marketplace on a single platform for the SMB space• Responsible for scalable systems accepting approximately 6,000 submissions a month from wholesale/brokers via multiple digital endpoints to multiple enterprise CRM solutions• Collaborated with executive management and corporate development for strategic partnerships such as LendingTree, Xero, Credit Karma, Nav, Jack Henry and Western Independent Bankers Association providing a turnkey white labeled or co-branded solution• Performed integrations with over 15 funding partners such as OnDeck, Funding Circle, SmartBiz, Kabbage, Bluevine, and Bankers Healthcare Group providing diverse funding solutions for small businesses• Designed and deployed a best practice for leveraging integrations with third party data providers such as Experian (consumer and business), IDology, Cortera, CSC, TLOxp (a TransUnion company), and IBM SPSS, to enrich and validate customer data, prevent fraud and reduce the number of required keystrokes• Established and implemented the overall strategic direction of integrations including pushing and pulling information, reporting and analytics, and best practices of error handling with full audit capability with third party ACH providers and multiple tier 1 credit card processors whose monthly volume exceeded over 40,000 automated transactions and $70M

• Implemented and maintained an infrastructure of 4 sites spanning 2 states with over 300 nodes supporting 220 active users at its peak, processing more than 5,000 financial transactions per day• Implemented enterprise wide best practices of data security and audit capabilities for file and database systems, with certified compliance tests three times a year. • Disaster recovery plan successfully executed in less than 48 hours following Hurricane Sandy
