Oversight of Service manager, Service supervisors, Field coordinators and 8 member sales team, with indirect accountability for 40 field technicians .

I also identify and target new business, develop technology roadmaps, drive strategic planning and financial management, and roll-out all national and regional marketing initiatives.

In this role, I direct 6-member sales team in selling solution based projects and service contracts to business clients across higher education, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, healthcare across Pennsylvania and Delaware territory. I also identify and target new business, develop technology roadmaps, drive strategic planning and financial management, and roll-out all national and regional marketing initiatives. I supervised 6 managers, 2 administrative professionals, and 9-member sales team, with indirect accountability for 65 branch employees.

In this role, I was charged with optimizing commercial launch success of vaccines through effective delivery of PACS/IT solutions supporting key field sales tactics. I led cross-functional business unit projects in support of vaccines sales objectives; prioritized resources, and ensured plan effectiveness. I also acted as “business owner” of salesforce tools utilized for customer engagement. Additionally, I attended bi-weekly meetings with VPs and other key stakeholder and leaders.
