Supported mechanical and maintenance operations for a 47 story commercial Class A Hi-Rise in downtown Seattle. Duties included, but not limited to, Life Safety Systems inspections and maintenance, monitored air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment, Variable air volume (VAV) boxes, air handling equipment and facilities, determined type and extent of repairs needed, repaired or replaced parts, and tested for proper operation. Troubleshooted and repaired electrical equipment, such as wiring, switches, control equipment, motors, transformers, relays, and luminaires. Repaired or replaced plumbing systems, including valves, traps, filters, and fixtures. Maintained and updated security monitoring equipment, company electronics, and maintained routine computer records and transactions. Coordinated, assisted, and monitored multiple contractors and subcontractors for tenant improvements (TI), mechanical repairs, replacements, and Life Fire Safety System repairs and maintenance. Maintained an Electrical 07 license (trainee) for my tenure with the company. Though leaving Bentall Kennedy voluntarily, It had been a pleasure to work with such a great group of people at the US Bank Centre.

Supported range operations at the Small Arms Training Center (SATC) including performing the duties of Designate Range Safety Officer (RSO), Designated Line Coach, and other duties including security and law enforcement qualification and requalification training, attending to the safe operation, training support, administration and periodic maintenance and cleaning of the ranges. Duties included Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) coordination and scheduling using SKED 3.1 for security weapons and electro-optical equipment within Naval Base Kitsap and satellite stations with reliance on OPNAV Instruction 4790.8B. Has knowledge and experienced understanding of mechanical systems and small arms for operations and repairs. Able to understand and use technical and operation manuals for small arms, mechanical components, and various other weapon systems and sub components. Proficient with hand tools and gauges to assist in small arms maintenance and repair.
