•Formulating command policies and inspection procedures for Mission Support specialties, ensuring dissemination to all effected units.•Preparing and approving inspection reports; providing feedback to the Commander of Air Combat Command, functional staff members, and the wing commanders of inspected units.•Leading 60+ inspectors from 22 specialty fields in the planning and execution of inspection programs to evaluate unit combat capability for 225 units at 124 locations and impacting 148,000 personnel.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam

•Led 5 Squadrons delivering full-spectrum mission support for HQ Pacific Air Forces and the 15th Wing as the Deputy Commander for 950 personnel Air Base Group.•Led 3,300 personnel across 9 organizations as Deputy Chief Staff Officer for JBPHH, in the support of 177 tenant units totaling 87,000 personnel and over $19 Billion in assets over 27,000 Acres with more than 3,700 facilities.•Led base contingency operations, directing $220 Million to maintain and improve base infrastructure and logistical support at the Department of Defense’s busiest Joint airfield. •Directed, trained, and deployed warfighting-ready expeditionary Airmen to support installation, theater and global air and Joint operations. •Served as Emergency Operations Center Director for the largest DoD installation in the Pacific, including one of four Naval Shipyards serving nuclear vessels. •Served as focal point for preparations and operations for recovery of the installation and surrounding areas from accidents, disasters, and attacks utilizing NIMS & NPS and coordinating with FEMA, State & Local agencies.•Deployed to Muafasan-Salti AB, Jordan to serve as the 332 EMSG Deputy Commander in 2017.

Hq Usaf A5/8, Washington Dc

•Directly supported the Chief of Staff of the Air Force in agile analysis of national and DoD policy implications to advance AF strategy development. •Orchestrated development and integration of Strategic Planning Guidance and Core Function Support Plans across the Air Force on behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. •Directed planning and analysis efforts of 4 Action Officers in developing Agile Combat Support inputs to the Air Force 30-year resource plan. •Supervised division efforts to articulate Joint and Air Force strategic plans and programs to Congress, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, and Major Commands.

Incirlik Ab, Turkey

•Led 505-member squadron providing Emergency Management, Explosive Ordinance Disposal, Fire Fighting, environmental, and housing for joint US-Turkish-NATO base and 3 geographically separated units. •Managed $335-Million dollar Turkey-Spain Base Maintenance Contract supporting 4,800 Airmen, $1.4 Billion dollars’ worth of property assets across 3,000 acres comprising 467 facilities and 850 housing units. •Planned, constructed, operated, and maintained premier nuclear surety infrastructure by providing Weapon Storage 3 (WS3) shelters guarding vital US assets.•Installation Fire Marshal, Emergency Operations Center director, and Senior Military adviser to on-scene commander for Full Spectrum disaster response, including Nuclear accidents and CBRNE events. •Led the Wing and Geographically Separated Units preparations and operations for recovery from accidents, disasters, and attacks.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam

•Led 9 people managing Joint Basing, A7 Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Community and Environmental Planning and the relocation of the US Marie Corp operations to Guam. •Directed A7 action for $10 Billion dollar, 8000 USMC personnel move to Guam, 1,000 personnel, 25 Aircraft beddown on Andersen AFB. •Led Pacific Air Forces Joint Basing effort; developed implementation plans, issued guidance and set policy for 3 Joint Bases. •Oversaw development of Pacific Air Forces $800-Million dollar Installation Support Plan POM, comprising 22 Program Elements affecting all installation support programs.•Deployed to Camp Marmal, Afghanistan to serve as the 877 EPBS Operations Chief in 2010

Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras

•Led 71 Multi-skilled civilian and military personnel providing Fire Fighting, Environmental, and housing. •Managed direct budget of $5.6 Million. •Oversaw 224 military/contract Base Operation Support Service personnel in the maintenance and improvement of 729 facilities, 934 quarters, and utility infrastructure valued at $185 Million in a remote forward operating location. •Installation Fire Marshal, Base Civil Engineer, and On-Scene Commander.

Offutt Afb, Omaha, Nebraska

•Analyzed effects of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and natural disasters, and developed plans for the recovery, regeneration, and reconstitution of critical military and national assets. •Directly supported mobile and fixed operation centers. •Tested software models, tools, and procedures used for crisis action, WMD, and natural hazard event analysis and trained other team members in their use. •Performed Global Capability Assessment and Residual Capability Assessment duties on-board the National Airborne Operations Center.
