I am strong in SQL skills (back-end development) and Software Development Lifecycle, including development, analysis and QA activities. I have a lot of agile experience and in last few years (previously I worked in waterfall). Because of my background, I am able to talk to business and technical teammates and find the bridge between the two (which really helps when creating requirements). Greatest weakness:Tenacity. Once I start a project, I use all resources and skills to complete the project. It can be tough to let go of something once you have put time and effort into something. I sometimes have difficulty letting go of a project when priorities shift. (what do you bring)I do this by leveraging my years of experience and training to collaborate with business users to examine data and produce reporting solutions that highlight the issues requiring focus and the areas of excellence, which are deserving of credit.(why successful)I have been successful because the Agile methodology keeps me engaged with the business users for the entire duration of development and so we are on the same page. There are no unexpected features when the deliverable is released, so there are no surprises or disappointments.(what makes you special/unique?)What is unique about my approach is my limitless tenacity and a willingness to communicate in detail on all aspects of the project. This leads to better relationships with the end user, which will produce better requirements. The detailed requirements then lead to a superior product.
