My ambition is to bring clients a strategic understanding of patents, and intellectual property IP) more broadly, and the role(s) it can play in business pursuits. Thereafter, implementing that strategy via filings, licensing, and enforcement worldwide.The fundamentals of IP should be known to all business professionals. An IP strategy should be in place to leverage and foster the objectives of their business. That strategy should be both local and global. The world we live in is increasingly inclusive of issues over the horizon, and your IP strategy should account for that reality.I have personally trained two-thirds of the patent attorneys in the US to help them enter the profession. That training and learning needs to continue throughout their careers with a bent to international tools to expand the IP footprint of their clients. My company PCT Learning Center can provide the training on the international tools, and my law firm Harness IP can fill in any aspect of implementation as needed.
