As Information Wrangler at JUNōO and Artam Design, I collect, track, synthesize, and organize assets essential to the execution of live and virtual events. This involves invoicing, contracts, file management, and the coordination of information. My role has me collaborating with the best and brightest in the industry.After 30 years, I retired from Seneca College as Professor and Program Coordinator in the Event Management - Event and Exhibit Design graduate program. I also taught in the Visual Merchandising Arts diploma program. My subjects included event planning, client presentations, proposal writing, portfolio development, business communications, resume writing, computer applications, and material exploration; along with design fundamentals, drawing and the history of design. As Coordinator, I participated in a number of program reviews, re-wrote subject outlines, and developed new programs.I have had the opportunity to work with a number of luminary designers on events and exhibitions including Bloor Street Entertains, Inspired Spaces, the Design Exchange, and numerous galas at the Royal Ontario Museum. This resulted in numerous awards over the years at both the local and national level. I have served on the board of local chapter of the International Live Event Association and served as their Vice-President of Finance and Corporate Governance for Canada . I received my Honours B.A. in Fine Art Studies from York University and completed additional studies in interior decorating and delivering curricula over the Internet at Seneca College. I completed my Masters of Education at Brock University in 2000. I have participated in additional workshops in developing online subjects, health and safety, and making curricula accessible.
