· Provide clients a single point of contact for the total FM solution service offered to key clients and promote new business.· Manage service third party service contractors for multiple FM sites.· Advising on health and safety of a building's environment for the occupants and users.· Maintaining communications networks and improve operational systems.· Prepare, Manage and advise change to budgets. · Advising/carrying out energy efficiency countermeasures.· Manage hard and soft FM services, such as cleaning, catering and car parking.· Suggest/ Design/Manufacture custom built process improvement tools which will result in increased income and/or reduced site costs.· Carry out cost conscious approach to the purchasing and stock procedures as prescribed by the company to ensure high quality materials at best price.· Ensure that all of the services provided excel in performance standards and meet all customer expectations. The guidelines for standards are set in accordance with the service department.· Carry out new/existing business quotations and invoicing for work carried out.· Management of area in regards to company policies and ensuring compliance i.e. ESD, material handling & process containment.· Complete Energy Efficiency surveys and advise clients on cost effective improvements.· Keep key clients up to date with new legislation and best practice systems.
