Senior Technology ConsultantTransferred to manage key public sector client relationships, in particular a Large Technology College who were experiencing major compatibility issues for a legacy system based on multiple ageing HP Servers and over 1000 clients.• Reviewed the College’s existing system and future requirements and designed a new system based on Virtualisation technology running Dell blades, with shared san storage, generating estimated annual power savings of £12-15K.• Set up a pilot Vsphere network to demonstrate the potential for the new solution to resolve all legacy issues and convinced the College to commit, securing a £100K order with associated service contract. Customer complaints which had previously been running at 10+ a day fell to less than one a week following implementation.
