Managing the creation of Digital Cinema Packages from receipt of the distribution master elements, through to completion of the finished package. Using industry standard and bespoke software to ensure that our client’s demands are satisfied within their timescales and their product is produced to a high standard.To deliver a high quality of service to both internal and external clients, creating a wide range of technical tasks: Preparation of DCDM elements, encoding files to the required DCI technical specifications, editing inserts for foreign markets, MXF wrapping and compression of large data files, creating both 2D and 3D DCP’s, quick (soft) QC’s of 2D and 3D packages for international distribution. Making sure the chain of paper work is complete and up to date for other departments, using varied facility management software, as well as communicating, via phone, email and verbally with all appropriate departments regarding status of orders or any other relevant information. Updating the Engineering department on any issues that may affect operational efficiency.

Accuracy of data entry being a top priority. Working and communicating with multiple departments in a concise and efficient manner, to ensure all content is made and delivered on time.
