Project Manager for Professional Services Group (PSG) Contract Operations Group at Cranston RI WWTF. Responsible for all oversight and management of 23 MGD advanced WWTF, 23 pumping stations, 150 miles of collections system, 2 MHF Incinerators with centrifuge and plate and frame press dewatering systems. Facility operated as regional sludge disposal facility processing 30+ dry tons per day of wastewater sludge. Project Management included negotiations and transition of 20 year Lease agreement with Initial Capital Improvements under DBO scope and management and transition of 51 City staff represented by Laborers International.

Performed operability review of design and tracked work hours for engineering staff. Worked with O&M members of Metcalf and Eddy, Black and Veatch, MWRA and Kaiser Engineers to develop SOPs for new facility.
