CurrentLeads and produces substantive output on multiple grant-sponsored projects, services to association members, and contractual responsibilities. Recent project culminated in the delivery of a law enforcement leadership guide on protecting civil rights. Current work focuses on the use of geographic information systems (GIS) to display, assess, and share information about law enforcement agency programs and services to youth in support of a grant by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Serves as in-house specialist on the use of geographical information system in law enforcement. Serves as IACP staff liaison to the Diversity Coordinating Panel and the Civil Rights Committee. Participates in grant work on promising practices for diversity recruitment in law enforcement. Actively involved with National Institute of Justice’s Mapping and Analysis for Public Safety (MAPS) program.
