RESPONSIBILITIES• Set up and established full risk assessment and safety and security structure, interlinked with Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Ministries and security Agencies in the Iraq, Iran and Kurdistan border area.• Enabled Terraseis (Canadian Oil Exploration Company) to operate with minimum interference from threats and without intrusive security measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES• To set up an operational focal point for the Private Security Community supporting US DoD/State Dept Reconstruction effort in Southern Iraq. • To set up a formal conduit between the Security Community supporting Reconstruction and the Coalition Forces (CF). • To provide swift, pragmatic and effective responses to incidents and provided threat intelligence/information, assessment and guidance to the security managers and security companies.• To be responsible to the AEGIS Country Director in Baghdad for effective direction and management of the largest AEGIS infrastructure outside Baghdad.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the Safety and Security of the largest NGO project operating in Iraq. • To draft, implement and supervise the IMC National Security Management Plan for all IMC personnel operating in Iraq. This covered all personnel (international and local), buildings, contents and Projects in Iraq.
