• Handle maintenance of entire athletic complex; including athletic fields. • Coordinate daily activities and monitor work performance. • Experience working extensively with light equipment for department projects, including tractors, mowers, trimmers, saws, power washers, power tools, aerators and more. • Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure it is properly maintained and serviced. • Complete tear-down of existing structures throughout the park(s) and prepare for new construction. • Perform a variety of construction duties related to the build-out of park structures.

• Worked across multiple Oasis Marina locations including Fairwinds Marina (Arnold, MD), Annapolis City Dock, Harbor East Marina (Baltimore, MD) and Piney Narrows Yacht Haven (Kent Island, MD). • Maintained accountability and adhered to safety standards to contribute to organizational success. • Provided excellent customer service for boaters and marina residents. • Handled marina upkeep including, but not limited to, dock repair, bubbler system installation, dock cleaning and boat launching.
