As an instructional design coach at Blue Valley School District, I support teachers and staff in implementing effective and innovative instructional strategies and technologies. I have over three years of experience as a general education teacher and a master's degree in building leadership. I am also pursuing my doctoral degree in educational/instructional technology at Baker University, where I am researching engagement and interaction in online graduate programs.My mission is to enhance the learning outcomes and experiences of students and educators by applying the principles and practices of instructional design and performance technology. I am skilled in staff development, project-based learning, educational leadership, and data visualization. I have earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn, BrainPOP, and Seesaw, and I am always eager to learn new tools and methods.
