As a Law Enforcement Professional (LEP) in Afghanistan, I was assigned to front line infantry units which required a full range of requisite skills necessary to be a combat multiplier in the counter IED and COIN operations. As a subject matter expert in civilian law enforcement, I demonstrated the skills needed at the Division, Brigade, and Battalion levels to effectively combat the criminal element of the IED and COIN fight.

I had a distinguished record with consistent advancement throughout my fourteen year law enforcement career. I possess the ability to command a crime scene and delegate tasks to detectives and police officers to obtain positive results. I have an extensive law enforcement background in administration, human resource development (training, mentoring), strategic planning, emergency management, and management reporting. I am experienced in safety and security tactics and training, evidence collection, asset control and risk assessment, case preparation, expert courtroom testimony, and complex investigations.
