Unicarriers Americas produces excellent material handling equipment, (various forklift models as well as a number of class 2 and 3 units), and we carry the best warranty in the business. As the Production Manager it's my job to ensure the safety of our team members and make sure the trucks we produce reflect top notch quality. I oversee the various department supervisors and assist them in producing our trucks as efficiently as possible by managing our key processes, minimizing downtime and constantly improving quality. Our team places heavy emphasis on continuous improvement projects and methodology to ensure we're regularly raising our own bar.

During my time with Midway I learned to operate a number of machines including welders, coil fed automatic presses and roll mills. I assisted in implementing a quick die change program, learned mig-welding and weld inspection, completed Ford DDL training and Global 8D as well as a number of leadership, management and continuous improvement programs and seminars.
