Working on behalf of Yorkshire Water & Hull City Council / KWL on a proactive and reactive campeign im required to provide a predominantly emergency Drainage and plumbing service to both residential and commercial clients.Working to improve customer service and sewer performance I'm responsible for ensuring a first-time fix solution for customers and the environment whilst ensuring quality follow on work is raised in accordance with Yorkshire Water & KWL standards and specifications.Responsible for the safe operation of the jetting vehicle (jet van) in line with national standards and codes of practice for the safe working and use and of water jetting in drains and sewers. Always ensuring the correct site set up is in place and risk assessments are completed prior to work commencing.

Working on behalf of HR Caliber at Transwaste ltd i was responsible for leading and managing a team of 30 strong waste operatives on two separate shifts, the production of RDF and processing mixed commercial waste ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the site. Providing leadership and ensuring correct health and safety practices where adhered to at all time whilst meeting processing targets.
