Co-founded a forward thinking a creative, design and innovation consultancy called 2mrw that primarily focused on identifying a brand’s promise and bringing it to life through content. In January 2018, 2mrw was acquired and merged with Drumroll.

Founded, built and led mcgarrybowen's award winning digital practice. Drove digital revenue growth from $20k to over $60M with an operating profit of over 20%.Grew the capability to over 300 dedicated people in New York, Chicago, London, Dusseldorf and Shanghai. Built out departmental expertise in digital brand and social strategy, user experience, creative, design, research and analytics, media, mobile, branded entertainment and content as well as an in-house digital production and development departments.Pitched, won and cultivated business from Fortune 500 brands including Verizon, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Kraft, Reebok, Marriott International, Chevron, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, United Airlines, AB InBev, Century 21, Sears, Sharp, Purina, Crayola among others.

Founded Continuity as a stand-alone, full-service digital agency working with clients such as Century 21, Comedy Central, InBev, Marriott International, Chevron and Kraft until it was fully integrated into mcgarrybowen and acquired by Denstu Inc.

Launched the New York office of T3, an Austin, Texas based integrated agency.Enhanced the digital offering by adding media, analytics, digital strategy and R&D/Labs departments to the business. Initiated the opening of an office in San Francisco to pursue and service west coast clients.Served as the Managing Director of New York, the Head of Client Services across all T3 offices and a member of the Management Team. During tenure, T3 grew from 80 employees to over 220 nationally with over 60 of those based in the New York City office.Pitched, won and cultivated business from Marriott International, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Nortel Networks, Wall Street Journal, John Deere, HBO, Dell, JC Penney, Pfizer, MSN, among others.
