Founded Continuity as a stand-alone, full-service digital agency working with clients such as Century 21, Comedy Central, InBev, Marriott International, Chevron and Kraft until it was fully integrated into mcgarrybowen and acquired by Denstu Inc.

Launched the New York office of T3, an Austin, Texas based integrated agency.Enhanced the digital offering by adding media, analytics, digital strategy and R&D/Labs departments to the business. Initiated the opening of an office in San Francisco to pursue and service west coast clients.Served as the Managing Director of New York, the Head of Client Services across all T3 offices and a member of the Management Team.
