I have been working in the clothing industry for over thirty years, I have gained qualifications in pattern cutting and gerber accumark, also I have worked as a fabric cutter, operating machines such as cad, eastman cutter and band knife, but recently and currently I have been working as a window cleaner, jetwasher. I've worked for large companies such as barber and Mitton and holden.(coronation Street factory),"yes it was a real factory" making uniforms for Virgin Airlines. I have created templates for the 2012 Olympics, flags and barrier covers. I have been made redundant from these jobs over the years because of the demand for cheaper products from overseas manufacturers, I have not worked on a gerber system for a good fifteen years and would need a refresher course. I have also worked abroad in Canada (Montreal), for luscious clothing and marker making for PPE simultaneously.
