As a 2/3 rd Engineer I was Responsible for the the Planned Maintenance and the Save Operation of all machinery in The Engine Room Under the Chief EngineerAs Dive Mechanical Technician I was responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Sat and Air Dive Systems under the supervision of the Dive Tech SupervisorAs Hydraulics Tech I was responsible under the supervisor for the repair and maintenance of all the hydraulic systems I also have a Certificate on the Permit of the Safe Work System

Worked on the maintenance and repair of all engine room machinery i e Air compressors, Fuel Oil and Lub Oil Purifiers, Main Engines, Water Makers, Pipe Lines, Valves, Hydraulic Systems, Water Test Equipment,Air Systems,Steam Boilers,Control Systems,both nuematic and electric,Pressure Testing of Equipment,etc;As Dive Tech I carried out the planned maintenance and repair of the Sat System and Air system i e The Bell ,Hats, the Chambers, Hot Water Pumps Regent,Reclaim Compressors, Blowers, Pipe work, Winches , Umbilicals .Everything to do with with both Systems

Served a 5 year apprentice ship as a Marine Engineer Fitter & Turner working on Capstan and Centre lathes,boring mills, shaping and slotting machines Bench Fitting, Burning and Welding and the repair of and the build of various types of machinery for the marine and heavy plant industry.
