Overall responsibility for continual improvement as per ISO and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice & WHS. Specifically:• Quality AssuranceDevelopment of policy and procedure for all aspects of Quality Assurance: Raw Material Control, Process Control, Change Control, Product Testing, Product Release and Training• Stakeholder engagementLiaise with management to prioritise tasks and action plans and to assign resources as appropriate to projects. Liaise with staff to identify areas of risks and find solutions which will attract majority buy-in of those involved.• Internal AuditsConducting monthly reviews on all elements of the Quality System against Cosmetic Standards or GMP code• Supplier AuditsOffsite audits of suppliers.
