Working in a target driven sales environment, my main daily role involved contacting prospective clients through warm lead feed from the call centre or via web leads, assessing their requirements, then selling them the company’s products and services that match their needs. Also responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to maintain continued satisfaction. Duties:• Working as part of the sales team to develop both new and existing products.• Liaising with customers to answer and resolve their queries.• Identifying and then researching potential leads and opportunities. • Constantly developing existing sales processes which will generate sustainable growth. • Writing accurate & informative sales reports and documentation.• Contacting prospective clients by phone and email.• Identifying the customer's needs.• Dealing with a diverse range of clients in the private and the public sector.• Evaluating competitor activity and developing appropriate responses. • Maintaining high levels of product and customer knowledge and participating in training programmes as appropriate.• Submitting detailed proposals and quotations to customers.• Providing regular and accurate sales forecast updates to Senior Managers.

Contacting prospective customers to engage them and qualify and facilitate a hot lead for a sales executive.
