I have been working in the retail world for 8 years now ranging from selling clothes to electronics to food, which is where I am currently at. I began selling electronics at Fred Meyer for a few years and gained recognition as I received top sales of the month, most customer satisfaction, and a few others. This is what I enjoyed doing the most seeing as I am an avid electronic and video game nerd. I then sold clothes at Ross for a couple years. I enjoyed practicing the same techniques I previously used for selling and all the while gaining more as I learned new tactics in a new area of expertise. Lastly, I am now selling food at a market and the same goes for this new path I am on.I am currently also going to school at SOU in Ashland, Oregon and am graduating this Summer with a Bachelors in Business Management and a Certificate in Human Resources. I am excited to begin a career in HR. I enjoy dealing with conflict with employees and solving their issues. I personally am most excited with the human side of business and that is where I excel. I hope to bring my talents to a HR department soon and use the skills I have learned in school. I strive to become a transformational leader and not just a transactional leader.
