Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer For Operations
CurrentServes as the full assistant in managing and administering a comprehensive human capital management program for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). In this role, I have shared responsibility for providing Agency supervision for the development and implementation of the Human Capital Management program, including policies, regulations, standards, and procedures. I have the responsibility of providing program leadership, policy development, program and management guidance, oversight, strategic planning, and advisory and consultation services in assigned Human Capital functional areas, including, but not limited to, classification and position management, pay administration, staffing and recruitment, employee and labor relations, human resources information system, and performance metrics and monitoring.
